By filling in the hay run convoy application, you agree to abide by the following:

1.   Comply with the laws of the land, you will also need to familiarise yourself with the rules and laws applicable to the State or Territory that we are operating in, also keeping in mind any current COVID restrictions.

2.   Respect each other and all other road users.

3.   Absolutely no drugs tolerated at any time and alcohol while on convoy, including      passengers (plenty of time to celebrate safely when the days work is done).

4.   Be mindful these communities are in the middle of a devastating times. Always ask permission before taking photos and making any references on social media.

5.   Remember your conduct reflects on Need for Feed, the Lions Club, Lions International and importantly YOURSELF.

In return, you will be covered by our Lions Insurance policy, which covers personal injury and public liability (conditions apply).

It is impossible to express how proud we are of everyone, you have given up your own time to help others in need, stay safe and have a wonderful experience and have a great Hay Run Convoy!
